All members of the Fort McMurray Minor Hockey Association are invited and encouraged to attend and participate to the Annual General Meeting this week on Wednesday April 28th at 7:30 PM at Frank Lacroix Arena. We will run joint AGMs for the Fort McMurray Minor Hockey Association, the Wood Buffalo Ice Hockey Development Society and the Wood Buffalo Athletic Club.

The agenda of the AGM include reports on last season, an overview of plans for next season and the election of Executive Officers including the positions of President, Vice President (Operations), Vice-President (Administration), Treasurer, Secretary (or Secretary-Treasurer). In accordance with the by-laws, all executive officers are elected annually. Members interested to be nominated for election may contact the President of the Association if they need information on the duties and responsibilities of such positions.
