Picture Day Weekend November 6th -9th is fast approaching and your time slot should be scheduled into your teamsnap.

 

Weekends are very busy at FLA, give yourself enough time for finding parking. 

 

NOTE: THERE IS NO DRESSING ROOMS AVAILABLE. THE LOBBY IS NOT A CHANGE ROOM. DO NOT LEAVE HOCKEY BAGS AROUND TO BE TRIPPED OVER.

 

Have players ready to go for pictures as much as possible. Smaller Grocery Bags with items instead of big hockey bags etc .

Players will be dressed in their gear but DO NOT NEED Helmets, Skates, Neck Guards.

 

We ask that even if you don’t plan on purchasing to still have your player’s picture taken. Our graduating players are gifted a plaque with all their hockey pictures over their years of them playing. 

 

Please do not use the multi purpose room as a hang out. 

Children are not to be left unattended running around the arena.

 

All Orders are done online. A link for ordering will be opened up in the next few days.

Once your photos are done we ask that you please exit the multi purpose room and make room for the next groups coming in.

Missed picture day will be November 15th FLA Multi purpose room, a signup for missed  pictures will go out in the next few days.

Missed Photo Day

Players that miss photo day will need to book an appointment at our studio Mon-Fri between 1pm-5pm. Missed photo day appointments are a 5$ non-refundable fee with no exceptions. Appointments can be booked through the Store Link and if you have any issues please contact MVP directly at 780-458-1688 or by emailing admin@mvpteamphotos.com.

If the appointment availability of Mon-Fri 1pm-5pm doesn’t work with your schedule please contact MVP directly and we can do our best to accommodate a later evening time slot as our schedule varies.

To guarantee being added into everyone’s copy of the team photo, players must book a missed photo day appointment within 7 days from photo day. If a player cannot make the 7 day window, they are still welcome to book an appointment for their photo but they will only be added into their copy of the team photo.
