We are pleased to announce that the Fort McMurray Minor Hockey Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at Frank Lacroix Arena on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM.

Executive Board Nominations

Nominations for the 2025 Executive Board have now concluded. We are pleased to introduce the following candidates who have accepted their nominations:

  • Vice President of Development: Kyle Borle (2-Year Term)
  • Vice President of Communications: Jacinda Davis (2-Year Term)
  • Vice President of Rep Hockey Operations: Ian Kenny (2-Year Term)

As no additional qualified nominations were received for these positions, with the exception of one qualified nomination that was respectfully declined, all three roles are now considered uncontested. In accordance with our bylaws, these positions are acclaimed and will not require an election. The new terms will officially commence at the AGM.

Vacant Position: Vice President of Finance 

Unfortunately, no nominations were received for the position of Vice President of Finance. As per Bylaw 1.13(b), if no qualified director has been nominated, any member may be brought forward with the endorsement of three Executive Board members and the current President to be appointed to the position.
