The 2019 - 2020 Volunteer of the year is awarded to Paula Bolt!

Paula is currently the Treasurer of Special Events for FMMHA. She volunteered 2 years ago as the Minor Hockey Week Treasurer and participated in all special events. Paula’s contributions and leadership  to each event morphed into the special events treasurer role. During the  2019-2020 season, Paula has been an inspiration showing us what it truly is to go above and beyond as a volunteer in our organization. She was recognized for the countless hours she puts in supporting the event Chairs to make them a success and the selflessness and teamwork it takes to run events in the organization.

She is always willing to roll up her sleeves and help.  I calculated that Paula covered more than 40 Hours of selling 50/50 tickets and at Least 20 more working tournament rooms when we could not get volunteers. In short she will do whatever it takes to make sure these events are covered.”
