Overview: The Inclusive Hockey program is intended to promote hockey as a means of providing an enjoyable and rewarding learning experience for all players regardless of their abilities, to improve and maintain their fitness level and to lead an active life in a non competitive environment. This year the Royals will be introducing three 5-point harness Sledge’s allowing for players with less mobility to join in on the fun.
Registration: Registration is open now.   To ensure the best experience for all of our players and volunteers FMMHA is limiting this seasons team to a total of 20 players. (17 Skaters and 3 Sledge). Registration will include 15 Ice sessions and a Royals Jersey and Hockey Socks.
Development: Each team will have a head coach and an OT to help players to develop their skills and mobility. FMMHA Junior Oil Barons, Female Huskies and WBHL U15 teams will rotate through as they support the Royals in play.
Parent Helpers: Please note – if your child cannot skate independently and needs support then a parent wearing full gear may get on the ice as a Parent helper.
Ice times: Ice Schedules are not yet released however we will be looking at Saturday Afternoons at Mac Island Arena 1
