The Officials Committee exists to grow and strengthen the officiating program within FMMHA. Guided by Hockey Alberta’s mission to create positive experiences through leadership and service and aligned with the vision of “Hockey for Life,” this committee will focus on recruitment, development, retention, and recognition and directives of growing referees as they are key members of the hockey community and are recognized as foundational pillar that contributes to the success of our organization .   This work supports FMMHA’s commitment to providing Pathways for Every Participant by offering a clear and supported route for officials to grow and succeed at all levels—youth, adult, experienced, and new.
