Prior to applying:

• You Must have had a coaches meeting and the number of tournaments and timing.
• You Should understand the WBHL Black out dates for Travel
• You Should have had a Parent meeting to seek agreement on Travel and Fundraising plan
• You Must Have created a WBHL budget and submitted to treasurer for approval
