What the Committee Does:

• Manages daily operations of WBHL programs
• Supports coaches, team managers, and paid staff (e.g., trainers, coach mentors)
• Reviews and responds to appeals involving policies, discipline, or team concerns
• Oversees team budgets and spending
• Plans and executes player evaluations and team drafts
• Collaborates with the Development Committee to enhance player and coach development
• Works with the Officials Committee to support training and retention of local officials
• Manages player rostering and affiliations
• Ensures coaches meet certification requirements and supports continuing education
